Sound was created recording tearing a potato into pieces slow and fast movements.
Sound was recorded using Zoom H6 recorder, the microphone that was used was the interchangeable input capsule X/Y microphone, that comes with the recorder. Reaper was used to remove some noise reduction was done using ReaFir and added Reacomp.
