It's a sample of Mikey Dread (Michael Campbell) which is from his track African Anthem. Other samples from African Anthem include the "even London grooves" and "ooh...the music just turns me on" samples which are in the Coldcut 4 and 7 minutes of madness remixes of Eric B and Rakim's Paid in Full
