I basically recorded and edited the sound with Audacity; this is most likely a sound from either a waveform sound generator or an analog synthesizer. I edited it by resampling, using Leveler, Amplify, Equalization, and Noise Removal. These may sound kind of eerie and annoying, depending on your opinions. Be careful - you may need to watch out for excessively high frequencies, and if you are listening with the volume turned up too high when listening to it, it'll damage your hearing! Same thing with the high frequencies!
