A set of windchimes. Microphones are AKG D-40 and Rode NT5. This is really a test for microphones, but it might be suitable as a loop. Just be wary of the fairly high hiss and background noise.

If you really need a commercial licence, this could be arranged, e. g. the sound files could go up for sale at the website (really they're sample sets, e. g. the chimes are something like 6 or 8 files).

Use it in non-profit/free games, apps, etc. At least two games have already been made with other samples, and they're free...

What is the point for uploading if you cant use it commercially?
You are free to share (to copy, distribute and transmit) and to remix (to adapt and modify) as long as you credit the author of the sound and do not use the sound for commercial purposes. Get attribution text...
