Twisting knobs on my Roland S1. Trying to make some dub siren blips.
(Square wave LFO to pitch modulation) Adjusting filter and LFO rate etc.. I also have a significant amount of glide and moving up/down notes.
Sometimes I moved more to some R2D2 like sounds or other more experimental, but still in the same idea of squarewave LFO pitch modulation.
I left this dry so you can edit it. I'd suggest trimming it and adding a splash of reverb or delay of your own.
I tried to do a few fixed pitches here and there.
Nothing too methodical, I just hope you find something interesting in there.
Made with a Roland S1 with audio over USB to Audacity. Trimmed and exported.
I admit I got off-track at the end and used a random or "noise" LFO. Not 100% of it is squarewave.
