Recorded with an iPhone 12 Mini, using the Hokusai 2 app as a Stereo WAV recorder. Processed with compressor, limiter and EQ in Ableton Live 11.1, to make the sound fuller and more realistic.
In February 2022, storm Eunice blew across Europe, incl. here in the southern Limburg province of the Netherlands. Recorded from a room in a house, near a partly opened (tilted) window. A defining sound is the rattling, fluttering noise of a loosened foil underneath roof tiles.
