An old automatic piano like those found in saloons or entertainment facilities circa 1940s. Part of a collection at Musee Mechanique in San Francisco, operates on quarters and plays sounds through old paper reels with cutouts.

Nice. I'm guessing this is a "player piano", so I added that tag. I haven't heard many, and didn't realize that some had more sounds, like xylophone and harpsichord.
