An 800 ml plastic water bottle with a full top (like a Nalgene) being shaken vigorously with approximately 500 ml of water inside. The sound is fairly high frequency most of the time with several lower sloshing sounds. Recording done by shaking the bottle over a Sony PCM-D50 recorder.
