This sound begins with ambience of a fair food court crowd, then we hear an announcer at the nearby midway explaining a game where you have to hang from a rolling metal bar for 110 seconds to win a hundred bucks. We also hear the THUD noise of axes hitting a target at the nearby axe-throwing games. Some occasional bells and the occasional hiss of compressed air too.
