The ambience of a carnival midway or the local fair. This sound includes the compressed air pistons of a carnival ride, some passenger screams, conversation from observers, and the whine of the ride's hydraulics as it moves. At about 3:45 the warmup band in the nearby grandstand starts rehearsing a song, and a loud air horn at about 4:10.
