I struck the lid of a Lagostina M96A tea pot using 8-inch Channellock steel pliers. I sampled the strike twice, using medium and heavy speed.
The audio was recorded through a Shure SM58 stage microphone, through a Roland VT-3 Voice Transformer (no effects used) into Audacity.
Both samples were Normalized.
