This is my first set of many recordings I plan to upload. In the future, I'll be more conscious of subtle sounds creeping in through the open window ;) The extraneous sounds in these recordings are minimal background noise I noticed after the recording. I'll search for tips on recording w/ shotgun mic and shoot for more pure sound for next upload.

What I need? The sound of someone being hit on the backside with a red hot poker (It's Chaucer dontchaknow). This has a good length of sizzle for the desired effect, thanks.
