A different Partner 351 saw (hence the filename) that i had rebuilt the carburetor on and spent two days troubleshooting why it wouldn't idle.
In this audio clip you can hear me hammering the throttle and the engine violently protesting and stalling at one point.
One of the first revs goes up to ~12k RPM so you're welcome. (God forbid any higher it may be running very lean)
The advantage of this clip over any of my saw4* clips is that this one does not yet have the bar and chain attached, therefore only pure engine noises! (except the clutch which just keeps spinning at one point)
