Recorded circa 30 minutes before "166cc gas-powered pushmower, sitting nine months, "cold" start". Set everything up, only to find out the mower was surging (surging: incorrect engine operation in the form of bouncing revs due to a faulty/misconfigured governor). Turns out the governor spring was set too tight, wasn't a hard fix by any means.
