Recorded in the heart of Berlin during summer, this short unedited field recording captures the vibrant interplay between the melodic calls of serins and blackbirds and the hum of urban life. Other bird voices and street noises in the background add an authentic urban atmosphere, showcasing the coexistence of nature and city life. This recording can be used in films, computer games, documentaries, podcasts, sound installations, or projects exploring the intersection of nature and city life.
Recorded with a Sony PCM-D100. All my field recordings from summer 2024 in Berlin capture the interplay of bird and industrial sounds as they naturally occurred. Apart from trimming and slight overall volume adjustment, no additional editing has been applied.
