...You can be sure, audacity is for free and enables You for all necessary acoustical operations like cutting, filtering etc.

not sure, but audacity is the free audio editing software that i'd use to trim the wav file, found at https://www.audacityteam.org/

i'm new to freesound. is there a way to trim the file before i download it? i only want the first 30 seconds
