Ambience of Stare Powązki Cemetary in Warsaw. On November 1st every Year all people in Poland visit cemeteries to light grave candles, and lay some flowers on Tombs of their passed-away relatives, and friends.
The recording was made in 2010 from a bit distant perspective for the crowd. Typical chats on polish cemetary (and in Polish language) – People are mostly concerned about finding the way to the tombs, sometimes about correct placing of tombstone candles or about mathematical riddles.
Quadrophonic recording made with Sony MS5 set for 90 degrees for front channels, and Zoom H4n set to 120 deg. for rear channels.
