This sound consists on the effect of taking some toilet paper. It sounds rough as it is the friction between poor paper and steel. The sound was recorded with a Zoom H4 recorder, while taking toilet paper. It was recorded in Roc Boronat bathrooms, into the UPF Poblenou campus in Barcelona.
