LoopUdu

LoopUdu - aka Wolfgang. The Wolf (Latin Lupus) in Wolfgang likes to loop and play Udu drums.

LoopUdu has been with bands Proxima Zentauri and Prana from 1976 till 1981. Started experimentation with electronic sounds in 1969 via feedbacks on an old tube radio. Got a mobile sound recorder in 2008 and immediately started taking soundsamples on a trip to Japan. That device has followed him loyaly on many trips.

I love soundmangling with different synths bought aswell as DIY, self created samples and field recordings. Timestretching, Choping, Looping, Granularizing and putting all parts together again in main instrument - the Electron Octatrack. where results are sequenced and further processed.
