snares

boosted and manually denoised version of the snarefile:

https://freesound.org/people/deller24/sounds/103610/

I initially boosted with a wide boosting curve the mid-highs (middle-high frequencies)
because later I wanted to cut some highs (high frequencies) without to overcut the highs.

A lower Q value creates a wider band in the EQ frequency editor.

Then I boosted widely the mid-lows, and with a wide notch the 55 Hz and the 26 Hz

and then with 4 narrow notch cuts I did mildly cut some highs

(but not absolute cuts; not reaching the bottom

because this causes the remaining frequencies to dance wildly and this distorts the future music

you put after the compression).
