I cloned an upper and lower semiperiod slightly after the starting attack region.
I placed the edited cloned section before the original.
I deleted ⅓ of the latter/hindmost regions of both the upper and the lower semiperiods (peak and trough)
and I redrew a smooth transitional curve mimicking the microcurvature timbre of the sound.
