We've been using this last year for our game "Parley Who Vertigo" (http://thp.io/2016/vertigo/), and because I've heard this sound many times during playtesting, today while watching TV I just spotted this sound also on German TV's SAT.1 in the "Duell der Stars" (Duel of the stars) show, for example at around 22 mins 20 seconds into this episode: http://www.sat1.at/tv/duell-der-stars-die-sat-1-promiarena/video/11-das-duell-comedians-vs-schlagersaenger-ganze-folge
