I used a tomato squishing it with my fingers as if I am trying to get to the bullet in the wound, then I let a small ball bearing fall into a tin bowl making a cling sound so that you know the bullet has been taken out. Used 2 Ali Heyns build microphones and Cubase software to record and edit.
