I didn't mean to create a sound effect, but I did a recording of a video and noticed in editing that me editing a line in my script after failing to read it out several times sounded like a sound effect of an NPC typing in a game. The audio was recorded by a Razer Seiren V2 X Mono standing directly to the right next to my Dell Latitude 5530 on a solid wooden desk, and the sound has simply been extracted from the recording and not processed in any way. I hope my analog wall clock isn't too noticeable in the background, although my mic is quite directional and faces away from the wall that the clock hangs on, and the clock isn't that loud anyways.
There are a few short bits of silence in here too, so if you have a good tool to analyze and remove background noise without destroying the sound quality, there you go.
