This time around, the weather was so great, that i couldnt wish for nay better conditions. Even the wild life was welcoming me (and my two sons this time) with close encounters with the mics. In the beginning of the recording, you can hear something walking around close by, and later on a bird is right in front of the mics. Just wonderful.
Oh, and i think i got a pretty good woodpecker recording too, lucky me! I love that bird.
I think this by far one of the best recordings yet, from the Filsoe project.
Only thing is, that now when the spring is in the air, the tourists are on the roads again, and sadly there's nothing i can do to stop that from getting recorded as well. But on the other side, humans are an invasive species too, and i think that needs to be documented anyway, so here you are.
