Almost eighteen minutes of early morning marshy pine flatwoods birdsong featuring Common Yellowthroat (Geothlypis trichas) as the bird closest to the microphones and Eastern Wood Pewee (Contopus virens) as the most prominent background call. Frogs and other songbirds also add to the sunrise chorus. This audio was taken along the Primitive Trail road going east from Lighthouse road in the St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge using Sony PCM recorders and omni-directional stereo microphones, June 2023.
