This was created for my own take on the "Ghostbusters" video game, specifically the one made for all the eight bit consoles and computers, not the sixteen bit one released for the Amiga 500, SEGA GENESIS slash MEGADRIVE, and arcade. I made this in Audacity, by saying "GHOSTBUSTERS!" and doing an evil laugh like the one in the game, at far under half speed, and then using the low quality tempo shifter to speed it up to just about the normal level heard in game. This method produced that choppily pitched artifacting heard in my favourite version of the original game (the one for the Commodore 64)!
