Look near the top and there's a link marked Download. You can right click and hit "Save Link As" if it doesn't work. Good luck, and thanks for the comment. You can also find the "Continuous Static" sample which is a constant noise by looking at the pack.

I was filming some static on the TV when it finished downloading and opened up in winamp...
Very triipy experience and just the sound I was looking for.
