I combined several recordings of a wooden train whistle being blown, pitched them down and added some wet reverb. This chilling wind is the result.

Downloaded this for a university assignment, and recognized the name! I think I have used Inspector J sounds for a few of my at home projects while tinkering.

Currently using this sound for an Easter egg in a university assignment, because I am both bored and a huge nerd!
