My "Wind Chimes, A.wav" sound stretched 5 times through the "Paul Stretch" software. Then I added some extra reverb and EQ'd out the bass in Audacity and this is the result. I'll never have a use for it, so perhaps someone else will.

Thanks heaps for this. I will be using it as part of a sound in a Fantasy/RPG Sound Pack library, and I'll will be listing you in the attached credits list. I'll post a link to it once it has been fully submitted.

Thanks! Using it in combo (tho' separated in 8 different speakers for really good depth) with original music, wind, and realistic wind chimes, to create a "northern lights" moment in a college theatrical production. Super effective!

I was looking for a sound that had a "fantasy/sparkle" feel to it and figured out wind chimes would be the best thing I could use. I was going to download a normal version of wind chimes and run them through a bunch of effects but I liked yours as is.
