"I like it, it's very creative!" - Excited Male

My buddy says, "I like it, it’s very creative!" when I show him a feature-length screenplay I wrote called "Listen to My Sultry Voice and Fall in Love." It’s a romance drama starring Morgan Freeman (who, by the way, has never been cast as a romantic lead before - A SHAME REALLY). He plays a sexy, older coffee shop owner who dreams of becoming a voiceover artist for The Weather Channel. Then, suddenly, a fiery hot older actor lady (I haven’t decided who to cast yet, but probably Dame Helen Mirren) comes into the shop looking for a bag of coffee beans to buy for her dumb daughter, who won’t even appreciate it.

Then Morgan Freeman is all like, “Well, how about these coffee beans?” in his signature, amazing voice. And she’s like, “Oh wow, holy crap, yes, I’ll get these because your voice is amazing” (hence the title of the movie, obviously).

Anyway, let me know if you want to read it! I’m currently shopping it around and trying to get in touch with Morgan’s agents.
