Robot_Destroyer: Not illegal... but if you can prove the audio is royalty free then you can certainly dispute the removal. It means some turd didn't like you had the same idea as him and flagged you on the tube and youtube obviously isn't going to investigate the source of the audio. Just bring it to their attention he's a jealous whore and you should be fine.

Apparently, I was given a copyright notice in my youtube Emergency Alert System horror video for featuring this tornado siren sound effect. I looked further and it was because of that song. Is that illegal for them to do?
