Someone was running bolts into a wooden truss and a wall, so I quickly set up my Kam i2 mic and Zoom H4N to record. The mic was super close, so there's not much ambience to it. The recording is totally dry, I just evened the levels out a bit with automation. It sounds a little thin as-is, but sounds really cool with a low pass filter and some hard-clipping.
