This sound was recorded for use in a video game mod. It was used as part of vomiting sound effect. Pretty gross. I heated up a bunch of vegetable soup to get it nice and slushy, and poured it back and forth between metal pans. This was a fun one to record, though my back porch got pretty messy. I did this with a couple of Kam i2's into a Zoom H4N (though I think it sounds better in with just one side in mono).

This is totally awesome!!! Best vomit splash SFX I've found. I really love this. Thanks so much for sharing it and for the thought and effort put into recording it. I have used this sound effect in Release The Clowns Sketch Comedy Podcast Episode 45 (although in that sketch it's used for a cow having a poop) among others (fully credited in the Show Notes, of course).
