Pack: Remix & Cut Up of "Weather Forecast Type Beat" by Yellow Tree
Using “Weather Forecast Type Beat” (https://freesound.org/people/YellowTree/sounds/693384/) from YellowTree (https://freesound.org/people/YellowTree/) I chopped up and rearranged portions of the track and created a number of various versions.
Most of it is in 4/4 but there are tracks using 3/4, 5/8, 11/8, 13/8, and various mixed meters.
I used FL Studio as my DAW (digital audio workstation) and to chop up the beat I used the Slicex VST (virtual instrument) to chop up the beat. I used an automatic preset to cut up the beat into larger chunks as opposed to smaller or micro samples.
