Using VCV Rack, Clock Generators (Time-Dependent Signals), and LFOs (Low-Frequency Oscillators) I generated outputs which controlled and sent signals to the various inputs on the Tube Unit module by Sapphire which were then output into audio.
Most of the tracks are the result of a combination of three of these Tube Unit modules. A number of patches/outputs were cross linked between the LFOs, Clock Generators, and the Tube Units themselves. Some of these are more measured – i.e. they were less chaotic as things like the time was set to 120 BPM, with no swing or delay in the timing of the signals sent, and/or there was no randomization of the many parameters on the many modules that were used. But yes, there is also some chaotic output too. I saved a number of these experiments, some of them are on the longer side (a few minutes long) to being as short as a few seconds.
