A snowstorm in Kentucky, on the road just outside the house I was staying in - a weather alert was in effect so naturally I got excited to go outside and record with no traffic. Being a Canadian, it wasn't so bad - but I took a glove off to handle the microphone and regretted it a minute later. Couldn't feel my fingers.
Recorded with a Tascam DR-05X, edited in iZotope RX 9 - wind chimes removed spectrally and minor cuts made to hide the sounds of me shifting my weight and the microphone peaking from sudden gusts of wind, etc.

Thank you for this! Recording wind is truly difficult and you've done an extraordinary job.
