Very high-pitched ringing/hiss sound effect to mimic the sensation of ear-ringing and/or head pain. Made from CC0 sources on here of glass and crystal (unable to locate the crystal sound source anymore, it may have been removed). Trimmed and layered those sound sources, added a ton of rapid delay, some shallow reverb, some dissonant pitches, and then massaged the waveforms a bit to get them smoother. There are some artifacts still in the mid-frequency range, about 2500-4500Hz, which I left in for their subtle textures but these can be easily filtered out.
