Poured vinegar into a bowl of baking soda. Makes a nice fizzy sound that rises quickly and falls. If I remember, there was some room tone I had to get rid of, so I used the Sony noise reduction plugin on SoundForge. I might have hit the microphone too. I used this for a scene where someone was pouring acid on metal bars of a jail cell. Recorded with SM58 to SoundForge 8. (mackie mixer and audigy soundcard)
