I recorded a police radio scanner of LAPD dispatch calls. I edited out all the dead air between calls. The second 1/2 of the file I left small breaks between calls to make it easier to determine where each dispatch starts and ends. I've edited out license plate numbers and the addresses of the calls have been partially edited out. The radio broadcast quality of this one is better than the NYPD scanner file I uploaded. I used mp3 because the quality of the original broadcast is low quality to begin with so uncompressed formats are a waste of space.
