This is literally just white noise with a Wahwah effect on it. I discovered it by accident mucking around in Audacity; it sounds like howling wind through trees or wires or something.

Fantastic, no extreneous noise (unlike many wind samples). FYI, there was a user earlier who complained about beeping sounds; I can verify there are none; the user was probably experincing the artifacting caused by Freesounds compression (which is on the preview only, NOT the downloaded sound). Anyway, brilliant sound.. thank you very much!

Could you reupload without the clicks? I hear little beeping sounds throughout. Awesome audio though!
