Recording of me falling on a carpeted floor (wooden floorboards underneath carpet).
Low frequency thump against wood, with high frequency content largely muted by carpet.
Recorded with a Zoom H4N Pro field recorder.
Corrective Eq performed.
This could be used for the action the sound suggests, or for a similar object falling.
This was originally used in a project, for a soldier falling dead on the floor, after being stabbed.
