This is called Athan. It is islamic call to prayer. It is to be performed before every prayer.
This Athan is performed in London central mosque, by sheikh Rafaat. An Egyptian elderly brother who's been Muadthin for the central mosque of London for more than 30 years. May Allah bless him. Ameen

VivaZeBone- To bad that pagan prayer prays to al lah the moon god and ask that he didn't make them like the Jews and Christians.
Also I don't think you are Christian because Jesus isn't GOD to them and you should know that...
