The general ambience of the British Library in London. Recorded on minidisc February 2008. This is one of the galleries - the one which holds exhibits of books and manuscripts including Magna Carta. There is a lot of noise from air conditioning units. The ambience is very "closed" due to the relatively low ceilings and the carpeted floors.Footsteps and voices can be heard.
