The transmission recorded here is Five Adam. This is a call sign for a radio unit, most likely a police unit. Dispatchers will say a unit's call sign when they have a message for a particular unit. Alternatively, a unit will respond with their call sign as shorthand for saying that they have received and understood a message meant for them.

Sounds like either a call to or from a patrol car-"Five Adam." Car 5A.
