Something i threw together for a personal project i was working on. I couldn't find any high quality samples of a Dragon so i decided to make my own.
This was created using Ableton and contains the following sounds:
A Dog Growling
A lion Roar
A Horse Grunting
An Elephant Vocalising
A Flamethrower Sound
All sounds used were obtained from Royalty Free websites and manipulated using software so that the original samples are not identifiable. The combining, layering and processing of the sounds were all done by myself within my DAW.

I needed a sound for the roar of a gladiator-demon for my most recent audio RP project. After much digging around on FreeSound, I came across this gem, and with some tinkering in Audacity I was able to get exactly the sound I wanted.
Interestingly, I got my results by swapping the two main parts of the audio to get the effect of a growling intake of breath, followed by the bellowing roar. I love it. Thanks for recording this awesome sound!
