Sounds a bit like a bunch of classical bell-based alarm clocks going off at once. Consists of dog-piling pitches of the same sample that get progressively numerous as the clip plays. Stops suddenly. The whole clip has a long "60 second" reverb preset on it. Just an experiment, enjoy!
