Jesse Dillard, also known as "Delincuente" is a musician/recording engineer from Arizona that has been making music for over 5 years. Coming with an original, dark, sadistic style of rap with cold blooded beats, insane bass, and extremely violent lyrics, there is nothing else out there like it.
