OK. Sounds like a digital fx. Think in terms of an hefty ballerina coming down, off balance, on the ball of her foot. There is fx (fracture) of the fifth metatarsal as well as compound fx of the ankle. It makes a lucious multiple crunchy sound. How to do it?

Find an approx. 3" dia. piece of very dry wood. Break over a padded workbench. Or a wooden spoon...you get the idea! Best of luck!
