Name says it all. It sounds like a jumpscare sound effect for a horror game.
Recorded with Audacity by doing some random noises, adding a lot of filters to the original recording and generating white noise.
note: i wish i could add a gif of some random horror game (like fnaf) here but that would be copyright and i do not want to violate it. sorry! :(
